It is my great pleasure to join you in celebrating the glorious 20th anniversary of Jianglang Technology. First and foremost, I extend my highest regards to all colleagues at Jianglang Technology. I also offer my sincere gratitude to all those who have long rooted themselves in Jinshan and dedicated themselves to the real economy, as well as friends from all sectors who care for and support the development of Jinshan. Over the past two decades, Jianglang has thrived on the promising land of Shanyang. Centered on pump technologies as its core business, the company has evolved from a start-up team into a specialized, sophisticated, distinctive and innovative enterprise serving key industries including new energy, shipbuilding and fine chemicals. It has also transformed from a local manufacturer into a world-renowned leading company with more than 100 patents and products exported globally. This stands as a new starting point. It is our sincere hope that Jianglang Technology will remain committed to its original aspiration in the real economy, deepen technological innovation, and pursue steady and sustained growth along the path of high-quality development. Shanyang will, as always, serve as the most reliable partner for enterprises. Finally, I wholeheartedly congratulate Jianglang Technology on its 20th anniversary, and wish all distinguished guests good health and every success in your endeavors.

Reflecting on 20 Years Looking back on the past two decades, we have grown from scratch and expanded from small to large. Every step we have taken has not been easy. We have endured market downturns, industry upheavals, fierce competitive pressures, and countless days of overcoming hardships and challenges. It is precisely these trials and tribulations along the way that have made us realize more clearly: for an enterprise to go far, stay steady, and endure long, it relies not on luck nor on opportunism, but on unwavering commitment to integrity, conscience and moral principles. I still remember escorting a guest to the railway station not long ago. He asked me: How did you build everything from nothing? I came to Shanghai in 1995, all alone. Today, I am delighted to see so many distinguished friends and supporters gathering at our event. Why has this happened? To be honest, I had never thought about this question before. After reflecting on it, I have summed it up in ten characters: **integrity, learning, diligence, frugality and perseverance**. We have always believed that seeking small gains only brings temporary benefits, while integrity and righteousness ensure lasting success. We never pursue petty profits from customers nor seek quick money. We adhere to long-termism: devote a lifetime to one cause, dig deep into it, pursue thorough excellence, and strive for perfection. This has always been my fundamental requirement for myself and for Jianglang Technology. **Integrity** is the foremost principle of life, and it is also the spiritual hallmark of Jianglang.
